DELIVERY - UK

All goods are dispatched from Hampshire, UK, within 1-2 business days and are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Royal Mail aim to deliver UK First Class post within 1-3 business days. Postage prices start at £3.20, this may increase depending on the weight of your order. Proof of postage is always obtained and can be sent to you if necessary. A delivery upgrade to First Class Signed for is also available.

All purchases are gift wrapped in tissue paper and carefully packed ready for posting.

We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in the post. Any import duties, taxes and customs fees are the customers responsibility. These charges will vary depending on the value of your order and your location. This could lead to delays in receiving your order.

RETURNS

We hope you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you wish to return your goods we are happy to accept. The goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the original condition, before a refund will be given. If you would like to return your purchase please let us know by emailing info@hannahburburydesigns.co.uk and we will let you know the return address.

The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs. The postage paid on purchase is non-refundable. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser.
